Dispatch of a Vodafone 3G, or 3G broadband Mobile Connect Card is subject to the purchase at the same time, of a valid promotional laptop and the submission of the serial number or unique promotional code from the laptop. Vodafone will then check the serial number / unique claim code against a known master list to verify its validity. By buying this bundle, you agree to Vodafone (a) sharing your details with the reseller from whom you purchased the bundle offer, Intel Corporation (where applicable) and the laptop manufacturer for the purposes of tracking your redemption through the campaign offer and (b) using your details to contact you in the future to assist you with upgrading to a suitable price plan where appropriate. Redemption for a Mobile Connect Card is valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date you purchased the laptop bundle offer and must be redeemed in conjunction with any Mobile Connect contract price plan to suit you (including Pay As You Use [PAYU] with no monthly access fee – you only pay for what you use). The PAYU price plan includes 10MB of free data (worth £20) for the first 30 days of the contract only and is not exchangeable for cash equivalent. Customers on PAYU or 30MB price plans are also given the option to “swap” the cost of their first month’s usage in exchange for any other higher Mobile Connect contract price plan. This “swap” price plan option is valid for up to 60 days. Customers may migrate to a higher Mobile Connect price plan at any time as often as they wish and are permitted one downward price plan transfer within the first 6 months (excludes PAYU). Free data card only applies to 3G data cards on 250MB or above price plans. A small charge will be made for the 3G data card on PAYU (£49) and 30MB (£15) price plans. 3G broadband (HSDPA) compatible cards are charged at £99 for PAYU, Data 30 or Data 250 and £49 for the Unlimited or Travel price plans. Early termination charges may apply. Charges will apply to usage, specifically, the amount of data you upload or download transferred either upwards or downwards to/from the network, on a combined basis. Data is charged by direct debit at your chosen applicable rate. Prices and promotions are correct at time of going to press, but may change at any time.
